1. ENTRY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete and submit the official on-line entry form located on the POS PRIZE website http://www.posprize.com. Limit one entry per debit transaction from participating location. Entry constitutes acceptance of all rules. Contestants can only submit one entry per debit transaction. Using the back key on your browser and resubmitting entries will void your entry automatically.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. By participating in the Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of POSPRIZE, which are final and binding. By submission of entry, entrant agrees to waive any and all rights, title and interest in the submitted material and assigns all such rights, title and interest to POS Merchant Services Corporation.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Contests are open to legal residents of Canada age 18 and older. Void in all territories, and in Quebec, and wherever prohibited by law. Employees of POS Merchant Services, their immediate family members or relatives and persons living in their same household, directors, officers, volunteers, subcontractors, advertising and promotion agencies, and participating retailers are not eligible to participate in any Contest. Participants under the age of 18 are prohibited. A parent or legal guardian may complete the form using their name and e-mail address in substitution of the minor. NOTE: There are additional eligibility criteria for the Independent Merchant drawing prizes (see details below).

4. SUBSTITUTION. Prizes will be accepted as is. POSPRIZE reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. POSPRIZE will not be obligated in any way to honor any requests by winners or contestants for substitution of prizes.

5. DRAWING. Winners will be determined in a random drawing from all correct and valid entries under the supervision of an independent organization whose decisions are final.

6. NOTIFICATION. Prize winners will be notified via the e-mail address indicated on the entry form. Winners will be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (unless prohibited) Publicity Release within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. POSPRIZE is not responsible for any late or misdirected award notices or responses.

7. PUBLICITY. Winners will be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (unless prohibited) Publicity Release within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, hometown, likenesses, photographs, and statements made by the winner in promotions, advertisements, or on the POS website without any compensation.

8. INDEMNIFICATION. The Contestant agrees to indemnify and hold POSPRIZE, POS MERCHANT SERVICES INC. their agents, employees and representatives, participating retailers and/or any prize supplied harmless from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, court costs and other reasonable litigation expenses) which the contestant shall suffer, sustain or incur as a result of, arising from, or in connection with any failure of performance or any representation or warranty of the prize, any substations of prize, delay in receiving.


MONTHLY MERCHANT PRIZES

1. All Merchant Prize Contest entries begin at 12:01 am Atlantic Time on first day of each month and end at 11:59 pm on the last day of the month. Time periods will follow normal calendar months.
2. A random drawing will be made (within 14 days of contest closing date) by computer software designed for making random drawings.
3. Independent Merchant drawings, held monthly, may have different eligibility criteria depending on location. (See in store for details)
